Maricopa County Warrants

guy worried

Do you currently have a warrant in Maricopa County? You do not have to “turn yourself in”! There are options to quash your warrant without being arrested or booked into the Maricopa County Jail.

The first step when finding out you have an active warrant is to research and verify the warrant. This can be done online through the Maricopa County Sherriff’s Office website, through Arizona Public Case Lookup, through The Maricopa County Superior Court website, by calling the court in which the warrant was issued, or by calling a bail bondsman who specialize in bail bonds and warrants. Once you are aware of the bond amount on the warrant, you can either “turn yourself in”, post the full amount of the warrant in monies at Maricopa County 4th Avenue Jail, or use a bail bondsman by paying a nonrefundable fee and securing the warrant amount with collateral.  Whether you choose to pay the full warrant amount to the Maricopa 4th Avenue Jail yourself, or to use a bail bondsman, you do not have to be booked into the jail or spend any time in a jail cell. Once the bond is posted for the warrant, the warrant will be quashed, and you will begin or continue to appear at the court dates for the case.
